Ordering Information -
What is the difference between instock and custom?
You have two options when shopping with us. You can either order custom items and select from our hundreds of fabric choices, or you can order instock items already made up and ready to ship out to you. We sell out of instock Happy Tushies products very quickly, so if you don't see anything for sale that is instock we are probably sold out at the moment. We have some wonderful retailers who keep a wide variety of products instock, so please pay them a visit.
How long will it take until my order ships?
This depends on our current demand and the time of year, but if you order custom products, your order will generally ship in three to four weeks. If you order only instock items or must haves, your order will ship in just a few days. If you have a trip planned and need your bags in a jiffy, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Can I send you fabric to use for my order?
Absolutely! Please send me an e-mail and I will let you know how much fabric I will need for your particular item.
Do you have a Gift Registry?
We don't currently offer a Happy Tushies gift registry. There are a few great websites where you can create a registry and register for things from multiple stores. Here are a few that we like:
Gift Certificates are an ideal gift because our custom fabrics change often and with a gift certificate, the recipient can choose from our most current fabric choices. Click here to purchase a gift certificate.

Laundering Instructions -
It is very easy to care for your new Happy Tushies products. Just look below for detailed instructions for all of our products:
Zippered wet Bags
Just toss these in the wash with your dirty diapers and wipes. I turn mine inside out to expedite the cleaning of the most soiled part….plus it lengthens the life of the print on the outside. After washing I hang mine to dry. The waterproof fabric inside (PUL) will last far longer if you don’t put it in the dryer.
Wipes
These I just toss into the diaper pail when I return home right out of the zippered bag. I just wash them with my cloth diapers and dry them as well. In fact, if you store yours wet in a recycled wipes box or warmer at home, or in a resealable wipes container for your diaper bag with the solution already on them, you don’t even need to bother drying them. You can just put they damp straight into the box and add the solution. Saves Electricity!!!!
Changing Pads
These I take care of the same as the wipes. I just tossed the soiled ones in with dipes and wipes. You can even throw this in the dryer. The PUL is completely contained and can’t really be harmed by the dryer.
Bleeding Colors
If you order something made with bright/dark fabrics - especially batiks or hand dyed fabrics, please wash them alone until you are SURE that they are not bleeding. I would hate for your diapers or other items to change color if your bags were bleeding and they were all washed together.
Now, this doesn’t happen often, but it happens to the best of us. I wash all the fabric before it is sewn….to preshrink so it doesn’t go all cattywompus after shrinking and to minimize bleeding. Some of the velour colors are a little runny. I have tried to predetermine to tricky ones and set the the colors with vinegar and salt…. If however you are a cautious person by nature and would like to be really certain that my red wipes are not gonna turn your beautiful new white diaper art creation pink, then err on the side of caution. Wash the suspected offender alone with an uncared for white sock (one whose mate has gone missing is a good candidate). If it comes out pink, you can try setting the colors yourself by soaking the offender with some white distilled vinegar thrown in and a cup of salt. Let it soak overnite.
As always, please e-mail me with any questions.
